Its architecture separates organizations, data sources, tender results and winners, allowing multiple institutions to be monitored independently while maintaining structured and traceable data.
The collection engine applies domain crawling, link discovery, relevance scoring and content filtering to reduce noise and prioritize pages related to procurement results, awarded suppliers, consultancies, RFPs and other relevant notices.
The platform was developed as a separate intelligence layer within the OITO III ecosystem, complementing opportunity monitoring with post-procurement result analysis.
